First visit, xrays, pictures, and a dental plan complete with surprisingly reasonable costs all provided by a friendly staff. My visit included cleaning my teeth. Kady was so gentle I almost dozed off. This will be my dentist from now on.

Always a pleasant experience when visiting McGann Family Dental from walking in the door and being greeted by the welcoming front desk staff and the warm reception area to the very competent hygienist, Amber, to my semi-annual check with Dr. McGann.

Dr. McGann and his staff are the best. I don't like going to the dentist but they always are able to put me at ease before the procedure even starts. They even call you at home the next day to see how you're doing. I drive 1 hour to get there and it's worth the drive.

Very professional, but friendly. On time with appts, they make you feel at ease. I feel they listen to what I am asking and or saying.

Great experience at McGann Family Dental - I moved from west metro and had to find a new Dentist....I put this off for months and finally decided to try McGann Family Dental. My hygienist (Melissa) was very friendly, efficient, provided details about what she was doing and shared other resources she knew of in the east metro. I am glad to have found a new local dentist !

McGann Family Dental has been a great dental clinic for me. They were able to quickly get me in when I broke a tooth even thought I had not been to their clinic before. Within in a week I had a new crown which they made right at the clinic. All the staff have been welcoming and skilled at their jobs. They made me feel right at home in their care!

The folks working the reception desk are the most helpful I've encountered in a dentist office. Questions regarding coverage of insurance were professionally answered and what couldn't be easily answered, was researched by contacting my insurance - unprompted and in real time. In my experience, the patient is on the hook for figuring out any non-straight forward insurance questions with the provider. It was a wonderful surprise to have someone assist and demonstrated great customer service.
Additionally, the hygienist are personable and kind. They take their time cleaning and understanding your situation. Dr. McGann is very professional and extremely well versed in dentistry. He was able to give me answers to an on going issue I had after my first visit with him. Conversely, I had 3 visits at a different dentist office who couldn't determine root cause, so they performed a crown ( now I know it was their last ditch effort to resolve the issue - but it didn't. In result, I paid for a costly and uncomfortable procedure on a good tooth. I'm very happy I decided to try a new clinic! McGann Family Dental is quick to get you in, but they don't shove you out the door after your appointment is through. I would recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a new dentist!
