I never have a problem scheduling for either routine or emergency appointments. Dr. McGann’s staff is extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Dr. McGann himself does excellent work and is knowledgeable about options regarding tooth repair. Highly recommend.

McGann Family Dental has a very friendly staff. Upon arriving today, I was served a cup of hot coffee with flavored cream and bottled water while I waited for my son to get his teeth cleaned. I am always happy with Dr. McGann’s dental work. He’s been doing dentistry a long time, and I feel completely safe having him work on my teeth. I was so impressed by how friendly everyone was yesterday, on my first visit to McGann Dental! Everyone introduced themselves to me and explained their part in my dental visit. The staff was very thorough and I have the cleanest teeth in Lake Elmo today! A BIG thanks to all!

I have been seeing Dr. Sally Chrystal for 15+ years. I actually worry about the day she decides to retire. She has surrounded herself with a staff that is caring and understanding of dental anxiety. I have never had a bad experience with her in 15+ years. There isn't much more that needs to be said. She feels more like my trusted friend than Dentist. A+ professional

I had my first visit to McGann Family Dental last week and was very impressed. They ran right on time and Dr. McGann informed me of exactly what needed to be done. Shelly was also very helpful in explaining the areas that I could do a better job of caring for my teeth! My wife is going in next week!

Having not been to the a dentist in over 2 years I was a little apprehensive about going in for a cleaning. From the hygienist to Dr McGann my experience was great, the amount of useful information about caring for my teeth was greatly appreciated and I would refer my friends and family there without question.

I always get nervous getting dental work done due to some bad experiences before finding this clinic. After chipping a tooth I needed a crown and Dr. Sally made the procedure very comfortable. She is caring, kind and amazing at her job. She made me feel relaxed and let me know she would stop immediately if anything hurt. She was encouraging during the whole process and I left feeling good about getting dental work done rather than fear. Thank you Dr. Sally!

Dr. McGann is great! He works hard to make sure his patients are happy every time they visit. His practice has new technology that makes dental work easier and better. Everyone in his office is welcoming. I highly recommend him!

First time visit. Thought the teeth cleaning and analysis was quite thorough. Felt I knew more about the condition of my teeth than ever before. Rating would be 5 star, but decided to go 4 star for now and see how the second visit goes in 6 mo or if I need any work done before.
